CHRIS BUZZA is the Goulburn Valley’s pride chef and restaurateur of what is said to be the regions most innovative venue. Polished concrete floors, exposed brickwork and innovative mood lighting create an ambiance that is second to none. Chris began his love affair with cooking professionally in 2004 and his menu’s need to be seen to be believed.
